CPR & First Aid Training in Charlotte, NC — We Come to You

RN-led AHA CPR, BLS and First Aid classes anywhere in Charlotte — Ballantyne, South End, University City, Matthews and more. From $80/person, eCards in 24–48 hours.

The short answer

AHA courses are offered through CPR Works of Charlotte, an AHA Training Center. eCards are issued within 24–48 hours of class.

Homefront CPR is based in Indian Land, SC, about 20 minutes south of Uptown. That puts the whole Charlotte metro inside our regular travel range, so there’s no classroom to drive to and no minimum group size — we set up in your living room, break room, training room, or fellowship hall.

  • Free travel (0–20 miles): Indian Land, Fort Mill, Ballantyne, Pineville, South Charlotte.
  • $25 travel (21–40 miles): Uptown, South End, SouthPark, Steele Creek, Matthews, Mint Hill, University City, NoDa, Plaza Midwood, Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson, Concord, Gastonia, Monroe, Waxhaw.
  • Custom quote (40+ miles): the far side of Lake Norman and outlying towns — just ask and we’ll price it honestly.

Every course is taught by Megan H., RN, an AHA instructor, and includes hands-on practice on adult, child, and infant manikins plus an AED trainer.

  • BLS for Healthcare Providers ($80/person): for nurses, nursing students, dental teams, and clinical staff.
  • CPR & AED Heartsaver ($85/person): the workplace and OSHA-type course.
  • CPR + First Aid Combo ($95/person): the most complete workplace option.
  • Group pricing: Group training starts at $200 for 4 people. Pricing depends on the course selected.
  • Infant & Child CPR + Choking Workshop ($200 for up to 4): non-certification, about an hour, popular with new parents.
  • HeartCode BLS skills check ($65): finish the AHA online portion, then do the hands-on check with us.
  • Non-certification CPR & AED awareness: for volunteer groups that want skills without a test.

Healthcare roles in Charlotte most often name AHA BLS. Atrium Health’s Greater Charlotte onboarding lists AHA BLS for the Healthcare Provider or American Red Cross BLS, and some units use RQI only — so confirm with your manager before you book.

North Carolina daycares fall under 10A NCAC 09 .1102, which requires age-appropriate First Aid and CPR with a hands-on skills check. Online-only courses don’t meet it, and a CPR-trained staff member must be present whenever children are in care.
